A Message from the Founder:
Estina is a native New Yorker and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is the founder and owner of EC Hands4Health, Inc. Estina continues to expand her knowledge of the human anatomy and its functions. She is committed to patient care and education through preventative and rehabilitative services. She is an alumni from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with her degree in Occupational Studies and Massage Therapy.
EC Hands4Health provides a wide range of modalities and techniques to treat patients (including Sport Stretch, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, joint mobilization and much more). Estina's experiences ranges from working closely with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and other health care practitioners. However, her specialties includes chronic pain relief, sport related injuries, pain management and more.
