A Message from the Founder:
BLK MKT Vintage (pronounced Black Market Vintage) is a haven of 20th century vintage treasures, hand-selected by two Brooklyn-natives with an eye for eclectic cultural artifacts. BLK MKT Vintage founders have acquired a collection influenced by their respective backgrounds in photography, fashion and interior design - and specialize in finding, reselling and even, repurposing antique luggage, hardware/decorative iron, bohemian textiles, glassware, vintage clothing and rustic woodwork.
With over ten years of experience picking, thrifting and antiquing, BLK MKT Vintage strives to provide clients with quality items that embody curious nostalgia and timeless, contemporary personal style. While we are incredibly passionate about the BLK MKT Vintage product, we are even more passionate about the BLK MKT Vintage process – unearthing vintage items, seeing beyond their condition/age/function, and simultaneously, resurrecting and reinterpreting their beauty for our customer base.
